Sita's June 28th post at Sita's Sanctum offers a fresh perspective on our relationship and walk with God with an interesting take on the word "guidance".
I took it as a stern rebuke and clear directive to lift my head from looking at myself, my needs and my weaknesses, to close my eyes in complete confidence that He can and will walk me through any circumstance, to keep my hand in His and follow His lead in the dance of life.
To ensure that I am ready to dance with God through my day, I've changed my morning routine of household chores to have more time for my devotional practice. It quiets my mind and my heart to hear the music of His love, mercy, forgiveness, grace and gentle promptings and helps me get into the rhythm of the dance of obedience.

I love that you say Dancing with God, as that is what it feels. He is filled with Compassion, Love, Forgiveness and will grant us Guidance, Peace and Understanding if we, as you say, dance with Him and let Him take the lead.
